These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to any distance agreement and orders between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate how the general terms and conditions can be inspected and that they will be sent free of charge at the consumer's request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these general terms and conditions may be provided electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store them on a durable data carrier.
If additional product or service conditions apply, the second and third paragraphs apply accordingly, and in case of conflicting conditions, the consumer can always rely on the most favorable applicable provision.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be wholly or partly void or annulled at any time, the agreement and these terms and conditions shall otherwise remain in effect.

Images are a true representation of the products and/or services offered but may slightly differ.
Each offer contains information clarifying the rights and obligations attached to the acceptance of the offer, particularly:
The price (excluding clearance fees and import VAT, which are the customer’s responsibility).
Any applicable shipping costs.
The method of conclusion of the agreement and the necessary actions.
Whether or not the right of withdrawal applies.
The method of payment, delivery, and performance of the agreement.
The term for accepting the offer or the period during which the price is guaranteed.
The costs of using means of distance communication, if calculated differently from the basic rate.
Whether the agreement is archived and how it can be consulted.
The way the consumer can verify and, if necessary, correct the information provided before concluding the agreement.
The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the corresponding conditions.
If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur shall confirm receipt without delay. Until receipt is confirmed, the consumer may dissolve the agreement.
If the contract is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur shall take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data.
The entrepreneur may investigate whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations. If the entrepreneur has good reasons not to conclude the agreement, they are entitled to refuse or impose special conditions on the order.
Upon delivery, the entrepreneur shall provide the consumer with:
The entrepreneur's contact address.
Information on the right of withdrawal or its exclusion.
Information on warranties and after-sales services.
The information specified in Article 4(3).
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product without stating reasons.
During this period, consumers must handle the product and packaging with care.
If exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned complete and undamaged.
Notification of withdrawal must be sent in writing or via email within 14 days after receipt.
The costs for returning the product are borne by the consumer.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days after the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:
Products made according to consumer specifications.
Products clearly personal in nature.
Products unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Prices will not be increased during the validity period of the offer, except for price changes due to legal regulations (e.g., VAT adjustments).
The entrepreneur shall exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders.
Delivery occurs at the address provided by the consumer.
Complaints must be submitted clearly described within 7 days after the consumer has discovered the defects.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Hong Kong (HK).
Unless otherwise agreed, amounts due must be paid within 7 working days after the cooling-off period begins.
In the case of a service contract, payment is due after receiving confirmation of the agreement.
The consumer is responsible for reporting inaccuracies in payment details.
Complaints will be answered within 14 days of receipt. If more time is needed, the consumer will be informed accordingly.
If a dispute remains, it will be subject to a formal dispute resolution procedure.
A justified complaint entitles the consumer to a replacement or repair free of charge.
Agreements between the entrepreneur and consumer shall be exclusively governed by Hong Kong (HK) law.
Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination for all purposes.
These Terms of Service remain effective unless terminated by either party.
You may terminate these Terms of Service by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services or by ceasing use of our site.
If we judge you have violated the terms, we may terminate this agreement immediately without notice.
Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
These Terms of Service and any related policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Onuia, superseding all prior communications.
